Executive (Admin & Finance)
Responsibilities:

Responsible to manage and administer administration and financial functions of Sarawak Regional Office and also to promote close and effective staff relations and programmes for the enhancement of PETRONAS Corporate image in Sarawak.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information System, Mass Communication or other equivalent qualification..
At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably - specializing in - or equivalent. Job role in or equivalent.

Candidate must has:

Good Communication Skills (fluent in both BM and English, articulate and influential)
Technical Competence (Finance/Procument/PR/Admin/IT skill group)
Business Awareness (Applies Financial performance analysis, manage information for business opportunities).
Relationship building (maintain good rapport and wider circle of contacts an acquaintanes
Information seeking (continuous data collection through good networking, research and socialising).
Teamwork (participative, cooperative, supportive to group's goal andobjectives).

Retail Operations, Ref:RO_RBD/E1/02 (Executive)
Responsibilities:

Implement, track and report overall Fuel & Non-fuel sales and operations activities within trading area , monitor compliance to PDB policy & guidelines and HSE requirements and report sales performance to achieve the target sales volume and margin and; sustain operational excellence and superior customer service at all times.
Good knowledge in both Fuel & Non-fuel sales and operations for effective and efficient implementation of agreed strategies & plan to support Retail in achieving the business targets.
To influence and negotiate with dealers to achieve high compliance to PDB policy & procedure, HSE requirement and statutory requirement to achieve operational excellence and meet the target volume set.
Alert to the current market trends and able to counter proposed to competitors new sales/promotions activities to computer market/customers.

Requirements:

Degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Economy or any other related field from recognized institution.
Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing of which 3 years in retail business.
