Jawa Timur - Surabaya

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

S1 Technical Informatics / Information Systems
Know the Delphi program, Fox Pro, Java and Oracle
Ability to analyze and design systems

Requirements:

Min. 2 years experience in similar field with outstanding track record
Master/bachelor of Psychology with registered psychologist is must
Familiar/ experience in Psycho diagnostic
Having strong analytical skill

Conversant with English (Oral / written) is must
Conversant with Ms. Office operation

PAYROLL & REWARD MANAGER (CODE PRM)
Pasuruan (Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities:

Manage and guarantee payroll operation, including benefits and taxes consistent policies.
Critically review and analyze current payroll, benefits and tax procedures in order to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operations.
Communicate actively with Finance to review cross-departmental impacts and reconcile data sharing.
Ensure systems are set-up and updated to reflect our current employee base, including wages, benefits, sick and vacation time in line with contracts.
Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.).
Analyze and calculate actual cost & cost impact of reward system components, such as: strategic reward, total rewards, financial & non financial rewards, valuing jobs through job evaluation and market pricing, grade and pay structure, pay progression through contigent and service-related pay schemes, recognition schemes and employee benefit & pension

Requirements:

Based in Surabaya office
Min. 5 years experience in Payroll & Reward and min. 2 years within a management role
Age max. 35 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent from reputable university
Detail, Strong Analytical Thinking, leadership & communication skill, tough personality, integrity, good management skill, show high degree of energy and passion to make things happen - being result oriented.
