1. Business Development Manager

Reporting to the President Director the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Effective business development resulting in Emeco growth;
Developing strong professional relationships with key clients;
Meeting sales revenue and financial targets;
Developing business cases or justifications for fleet expansion;
Working cohesively with the management team to capitalize on opportunities; and
Ensuring equipment is effectively deployed

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Experience in a similar role, preferably within a sales capacity;
Practical knowledge or experience of the mining industry;
Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills;
An ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of an organization;
Highly developed analytical skills and project management skills;
Ability to communicate, verbal and written, in Bahasa would be highly regarded; and
The ability to travel as required

Minimum 4 years experiences in the same field
High School, STM Machinery / Automotive / Mechanical Equipment, D3 Mechanical / Electrical / Engineer K3L/ Mechanical D3
Sim BII for the position of Service Truck Driver

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Willing to be placed in all operational areas PTI.
Able to work under pressure and always seek best solution to solve problem

Additional Qualifications for technician:

Familiar with the types of Diesel Engines such as: Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit Diesel Engines and Hitachi.
Dozer CATERPILLAR D 10T, D9T, D8R & D8T
HITACHI Excavator Ex 1200, ZX 870, ZX 450, ZX 210, KOMATSU PC 1800, PC 1250, PC 800, PC 300 & PC 200
Motor Grader CATERPILLAR 16H, 16M, 14H, 14M & 140H.
Heavy Dump Truck & Articulate CATERPILLAR 777D, 775F, ADT 740, KOMATSU HD785-5 & HD 785-7
