  Executive, Brand Development

Job Responsibilities

Brand related operational jobs
Working together with sales department, CBU, Customer Service, other brand team, marketing communication team and advertising agencies
Process changes to the organization’s human resource programs and policies in accordance with guidelines so that these programs are implemented accurately and fairly

Job Requirements

Has communication education and/or brand development and/or marketing background, young and has energetic interpersonal attitude. High attention to details and a collaborative implementation partner to everyone around him/her roles
Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university
Minimum 2 [two] years in brand development, advertising agency, not exclusively related with telco industry
Process changes to the organization’s human resource programs and policies in accordance with guidelines so that these programs are implemented accurately and fairly


  Executive, Security & Risk Management

Job Responsibilities

Organizing Security and Safety operation in West Java region and reporting to GM SRM Department
Ensuring physical protection and any matter related to Security and Safety of company, people and properties are managed well
Oversee the maintenance and effectiveness of security and safety equipments
Liaise with local, regional and national law enforcement on all aspect pertaining to security
Coordinate activities of personnel in reviewing or updating measures due to new or revised regulations
Review any security/safety incident/accident, conduct investigation to determine the facts surrounding incident/accident so that remedial action can be taken
Promote awareness of risk management to employees within the region
Define and communicate preparedness and coordination response in emergency situation
Interpret security rules and directs subordinates in enforcing compliance
Assist in establishing operational procedures for activities such as fire prevention and fire fighting, guarding and patrolling physical and investigation of incident and accident
Produce report irregularities and hazards to appropriate personnel
Process changes to the organization’s human resource programs and policies in accordance with guidelines so that these programs are implemented accurately and fairly

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university
Understand or having good knowledge of West Java areas
Skill in operating MS words programs
Able to speak and write in English
Have more than 2 years experience in Operational Security field
Understand and practice security concept
Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure
